Delivery of services can be performed either on-site or remotely.  SYS/TOMS engineers step in at the appropriate point in a project life cycle to implement various solutions and products using both manufacturers’ and industry best practices.

 

A sample implementation project may include requirements gathering with the customer, project scope definition, product design workshop, task list generation, implementation plan, validation of deliverables, project go live, documentation hand-off, and project closure.
